you think the goverment run economy isn’t run by criminals at the moment, have you even looked at the news recently?
think about all the revenue made from urine testing kits used in a mandatory totalitarian fashion when you apply for a job, This is an invasion of basic human rights and therefore a crime, but how big is that industry? Legalizing scheduled drugs wouldn’t being millions to the economy it would bring billions. I don’t see the moral issue with not addictive drugs like Psychedelics.

No prob. I think there is a myth perpetuated that everyone who tries drugs like H and meth witl automatically become addicts. In my younger days I tried both on several occasions and didn’t become addicted. I know lots of others like me. Cigs on the other hand have been a bitch to quit. Anyway I’m going out to plant 3 of my favorite addictions, tomato’s,basil and garlic. Hope to see you on the BB website. Everyone’s trying to figur out who’s in the body bags. Have a good one Bamb0!
    Tweeds.

Bambo, come to the AMC BB talk site. We’ve got quite a forum going there. No limits. One school of thought is that if drugs like H are legalized they would be a cleaner quality +less wear and tear on the system. Needles would be more accessable and cleaner. That means fewer would die from addiction related diseases like AIDS and Hep, addicts would know the amounts they were shooting and fewer OD’s would happen. They’ed have more access to treatments, feel less stigmatized, isolated and shamed.

since drugs havent been given complete laissez-faire in an economy we just dont know what the effects would be. Drugs would be cleaner cheaper and not as risky, but theyd also be more available and more acceptable, it could become just another thing for people to take over the limits. Enough people die from alcohol, think how many could OD on heroin, coke, speed or whatever if it was as socially accepted as alcohol. Weed, ecstacy, shrooms etc wouldnt be too bad but we have to think objectively.

We should want that. Addicts would have better access to rehab. It hasn’t been proven in country’s where drugs are legal that their addiction rates are any higher than ours. It would also show that drugs like pot are not in the same league as meth, heroin, K,etc. Most who smoke pot don’t use those drugs. Many who smoke pot don’t drink booze. I think booze is more lethal than pot. $ is an issue. Legalizing means less $ for drug co. Anyone can grow pot. Cuts their pain + anti anxiety drug profits.
